All cancellations and requests for refund of registration fees must be completed through your registration link from your confirmation email or submitted in writing to sc.eventadmin@amtamassage.org. An administrative fee of $50 is assessed on all cancellations postmarked no later than 1 week before the event. Cancellations postmarked after 1 week prior and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
If the AMTA-SC Chapter is prevented from holding or postpones the Conference for any cause beyond its control, AMTA-SC Chapter will credit attendees partial or full paid registration fees toward the cost of the next AMTA-SC conference. AMTA-SC Chapter is not responsible for any other costs you may incur in connection with postponement or cancellation of the Conference.
